FINNISH PHONE MAKER Nokia has had another one of its upcoming Windows Phone handsets called the Sun leaked on the internet.
It was quite a while ago that we saw a leak of the firm’s Sea Ray phone, which is believed to be its first Windows Phone handset. The Nokia Sun is coming in November from Orange in France, according to Monwindowsphone.
The Nokia Sun is similar to HTC’s Radar handset that recently went on sale in the UK. It will have a 3.7in AMOLED screen and a 1.4GHz processor. Other specifications we can gather include an 8MP camera, 16GB of internal storage and a uni-body design. Interestingly it apparently has a microSIM slot.
Unfortunately there is no image of the handset but we might get a proper look at it if Nokia announces it at the Nokia World conference in a few weeks time.
If what we’ve heard about the Sea Ray and Sun are correct then the former will be the flagship device from Nokia and the latter will be a smaller and probably more budget friendly version. The handset will compete against other Windows Phone 7.5 Mango based smartphones from HTC, Samsung and ZTE.
